Prosperous Horizons: Unveiling Exclusive Gold Coast Properties and Exciting Projects for 2024

By Andrew Bell

Issue 26 | Thursday 28 December 2023 | Navigating Gold Coast’s Property Landscape in 2024: Embracing The Spirit of The Event

Hello, Andrew Bell here, and I hope you had a delightful Christmas surrounded by family and friends. As we find ourselves in the waning days of 2023, the anticipation of a New Year celebration is upon us. While you may be enjoying some well-deserved time off this week, recognising the significance of real estate in many lives, I’ll keep my remarks brief today to share some positive developments.

Our enthusiasm for the Gold Coast in 2024 is boundless; its trajectory continues to ascend. I trust your festive season is bringing joy, and it’s noteworthy that this time of the year sees a substantial uptick in the demand for real estate. As hundreds of thousands of people make their way to the Gold Coast for their summer break, a considerable portion consciously explores opportunities in the real estate market. Whether they seek a permanent residence, a holiday home, or an investment, the allure of the Gold Coast remains strong. However, 2023 presented a unique challenge—the most pronounced shortage of properties the Gold Coast has ever faced.

The good news is that my team has worked diligently over the past six weeks, defying the prevailing trend. We’ve secured a significant selection of Gold Coast properties for this year’s Event 2024. Additionally, we’re excited to announce the launch of two new and compelling projects. The Event, an annual auction promotion we initiated thirty years ago, has become an iconic fixture in Australasia, now with an official Australian Trademark. It brings together motivated sellers looking to auction their properties.

Enclosed in this eNewsletter is an overview of the recently introduced properties—ranging from affordable to prestigious. I invite you to explore them and reach out for any inquiries. Don’t miss the chance to attend open homes and see the properties for yourself.

Regarding our new developments, the first is Elements at Buds Beach—a boutique building by McNab offering 79 apartments with starting prices from $1,080,000. The second is ARC Residential, a soon-to-launch absolute beachfront project with 39 exclusive residences, some spanning two entire levels. Prices start from $3,995,000 for half-floor sky homes and $9,200,000 for entire floors with impressive 414sqm and 360-degree views.

Given the high demand for Gold Coast properties, I encourage you not to delay in securing your property of choice early in 2024. Additionally, we are actively seeking more listings for our upcoming February auctions. If you missed the chance to be part of The Event 2024 as a seller, reach out to us before bookings close in the third week of January.

On behalf of our 200-plus team at Ray White Surfers Paradise Group and Ray White Commercial, I extend sincere thanks for your support in 2023. We are committed to being there for you and ensuring your success in 2024. Feel free to reach out to us at the number on the screen for any assistance. Wishing you a very Happy New Year and all the best for 2024.
