Personal Growth Day Key To Success

RAY White Surfers Paradise (RWSP) Group continue their ongoing commitment to being industry leaders by constant upskilling as demonstrated in their eighth Personal Growth Day for the group and its staff at Sofitel Hotel in Broadbeach.

The day, which takes place quarterly, featured workshops held by a number of leading real estate industry experts and performers, including Surf Life Saving Champion Trevor Hendy, who offered insights into great personal development.

CEO of RWSP Andrew Bell said he and the team had developed the training day over the past four years as a way to uplift staff and build on their skills across many platforms.

“Our most recent Personal Growth Day was focused on a changing market, a changing consumer and a changing industry,” Mr Bell said.

“We each took away a lot from our guest speakers, especially Trevor Hendy who was able to give us some valuable insight on establishing and achieving goals as individuals and as a company.”

“In a highly competitive market it’s important that we continue to invest in our staff and remain committed to ensuring we have the most highly trained and effective salespeople in the industry.”

“We’re proud to provide more group and individual training than any other real estate group on the Gold Coast and look forward to continuing to provide these training days for our staff,” he said.

The Personal Growth Day comes after RWSP Group secured more than 10 awards at the prestigious Ray White International Awards last month (August). RWSP Group went up against more than 1,050 international Ray White offices to take out the International Property Management Team of the Year and third place in commissions settled globally.
