As such, you would be wise to make sure they are properly tended to, watered when needed and otherwise have all their needs met, so that they can withstand the potentially punishing conditions.

While this may seem like more of a “spring cleaning” task, it’s also important during the summer. Porch.com stated that window-washing is a good idea mostly for aesthetic reasons; Summer is a time when more light is streaming through the windows, and any smudges, finger prints or other marks are more visible and can be distracting.

Clean the barbie

Finally, if you are the type of family that likes to enjoy some burgers, sausages and veggies grilled on the barbeque, now is the time to really go to work cleaning that grill. Using a wire brush, you should scrape the grating clean of any charring or other leftover buildup while you keep using your barbie during the ongoing summer months.
