Christmas Carnival at Sanctuary Cove

By Andrew Bell

Looking for some Yuletide joy this festive season? Head down to Sanctuary Cove and you may be in luck.

The Marine Village Sanctuary Cove has a fun program lined up which will suit the whole family, so if you're a resident of Surfers Paradise property you can head down with the kids and enjoy entertainment and shopping options.

Children will be kept busy with Nickleby's magic show, the interactive jumping castle, petting zoo and Christmas movies playing on the day.

And if that is not enough to get them in the Christmas spirit they could ride on the village train ride or on a reindeer.

If you have more shopping to do you will be pleased to know that the Mummy Tree Markets are a feature of the carnival. There will also be other specialty stores available so you are sure to find something for everyone on your list.

Santa will also be making an appearance every day at the carnival so if you're planning to head down from your real estate in Surfers Paradise, make sure you pack your camera.

The carnival will be held from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on December 13 -15, December 20 -23 and from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
