May I extend a very Happy New Year to you and I sincerely hope that 2019 will be one of the best years of your life. It doesn’t of course necessarily happen naturally and so good decisions are critical for making a year what we wish it to be.

I would also like to take this opportunity of extending a very big welcome to the hundreds of thousands of people visiting the Gold Coast at this time. Every year with the construction of more and more buildings here on the Coast, we are in a position to accommodate many more holidaymakers, and so it is anticipated that we currently have a record number of visitors here on the Gold Coast at present. I hope you get to see why we are regarded as Australia’s favourite holiday destination.

Mature aged Australians are also taking the advantage of selling their properties interstate and buying their new homes on the Coast at a significantly lower price, thus giving them quite a large cash difference to provide for a more comfortable lifestyle moving forward.

There is a growing consensus the Gold Coast is one market in Australia that will do exceptionally well in 2019 as we continue to offer the best of lifestyle and remain remarkably attractive pricewise.
