William Welch

Born and raised on the Gold Coast, William is an extremely focused, creative, honest, hardworking, and driven individual that aims to stand out and above the rest. After discovering a love for the arts as a young child, William has gone on to win numerous state, national and international championship titles in the field of DanceSport, achieving these results all before the age of 21.

William joined Ray White as a sales associate in an elite-performing team before becoming an independent agent himself, gaining insights and mastering skills from everyone he encountered. William is a lifelong learner and continually strives to better himself in order to provide the best client experience possible. William prides himself on the service he provides, and his testimonials are a reflection of that.

William knows what it takes, to be the best. Becoming an Australian and international champion and coach in DanceSport, has taught William vital life skills that he brings to real estate including; determination, a relentless work ethic, passion, communication, and client satisfaction.
