The upcoming Surfers Paradise Festival could be a great celebration for residents of Main Beach real estate to enjoy. The annual showcase of emerging local talent is sure to be a great time, while a number of national and international acts will also take to the stage.
Over four weekends, from April 2 through to April 27, the festival brings a number of free community activities to get involved with. After a street parade on the first day, a diverse range of events are set to happen in the coming weeks.
One of the many great events is Surf, Seafood and Symphony, which will be hosted on April 12. This brings all three elements together to create a divine experience for residents and tourists alike.
A premier food event for Surfers Paradise, the foreshore and Cavill Mall will come alive with food stalls showcasing a wide variety of interesting dishes. The day will culminate with a symphony orchestra performance on the beach and special guests from Australia's screen and stage.
There will also be a Street Entertainment Championship during the course of the festival, which will see a wide range of performers – including jugglers, clowns, dancers, mimes, and many more – competing for the crowd's attention.
