The trend unemployment rate stayed the same in Queensland at 5.9 per cent in October.
Trend employment rates for the state have risen for 12 out of the last 13 months, and this will be good for the economy.
These results indicate there is increased business sentiment as employers are actively seeking to expand their workforces.
Anyone considering an investment in Main Beach real estate may be in luck as the increased job creation means the pool of potential tenants may have also risen.
The state reported that 4,200 jobs were created in Queensland during the month of October.
Queensland is the only economy in Australia to not report a decrease in trend employment levels, other than Western Australia.
