Investing in Main Beach Property

By Andrew Bell

Are you ready to step into the property investment market? Main Beach real estate offers plenty of opportunities for the budding investor to take advantage of.

Situated between the popular areas of Surfers Paradise and Southport, Main Beach is bordered by the ocean, Broadwater and the Nerang River.

With a range of facilities and attractions to appeal to a wide range of tenants and tourists, Main Beach could be one suburb to consider as an investment prospect.

Main Beach was named for its origins as the main surf beach for the nearby town of Southport, when visitors ferried across the Broadwater to take advantage of the great waves.

Now Main Beach has started to develop as a high-rise area, focused around the trendy Tedder Avenue which is home to a variety of boutiques, al fresco restaurants, cafes and a bustling nightlife.

Boutique shopping can also be found along the Marina Mirage, where tourists and locals alike can indulge in some waterfront shopping and fine dining.

In addition to these features, Main Beach also benefits from access to nearby schools in Southport, its own medical centre and access to popular tourist attractions such as Sea World.

With all of these facilities available, it's no surprise that Main Beach is proving to be a popular area of the Gold Coast.
