Hi, Andrew Bell here with you as we wrap up November 2021 – a huge month, smashing all previous records in terms of volumes of sales, dollar value of sales written, auction success, and pretty much any statistic you want to measure.

Sales were up through all price brackets and really strong activity at the highest price brackets, with lots of sales above $5 million and all the way up to the highest sale of $17.7 million.

We are also launching several highly desired new projects.
