Michael has spent more than a decade working in metropolitan and regional real estate markets and he is well acquainted with the highs and the challenges of the property sector.
This experience underpins his understanding of how a sales strategy fits into the broader market environment and also strengthens his commitment to using a diverse marketing strategy to achieve the best price for each client.
As head of sales Michael works closely with RWSP CEO Andrew Bell on business development, sales and marketing strategies, team development and staff mentoring.
Michael mentors and oversees sales agents and is committed to fostering the next generation of real estate sales professionals as they progress through the RWSP Group.
He understands how it feels to be a rookie having entered the industry as a 17-year-old sign boy before gaining valuable experience in the Townsville, Sydney and now Gold Coast markets.
After starting in residential sales at RWSP, Michael’s leadership ability was quickly identified by company directors Andrew and Gregory who promoted him to head of sales.
